Tension controlled puller for excellent results in the beef deboning process

Hanging deboning offers many advantages over traditional deboning solutions. Efficiency and quality improvements are guaranteed due to a controlled and smooth product flow. With PLC-control, different pulling programs are possible (e.g. for heavy or smaller cattle), enabling high-precision cutting and a more consistent quality. In addition, operator contact is reduced to a minimum, resulting in higher food safety.
