Completely new and efficient method for deboning of pork legs and shoulders on a hanging conveyor system with ergonomic correct position of the product by rotating grippers.

New method for deboning pork legs and shoulders

Frontmatec offers a completely new way of deboning pork legs and shoulders. By placing the product into a gripper chain in a hanging conveyor system, which can rotate the product by 45°, 90°, 135° and 180° between the working stations.


This present the product correctly for the individual operator who debones or trims the product. The line also offers a manually angle adjustable cutting wall at each working station.


Automatically derinding inline as well as optionally round cut of the front feet / front shank and hind feet, gives you many possibilities and we can design the line to fit your needs.
