Nathan Schaan

Appointed CBDO at Frontmatec, July 2019, with responsibility of Controls & Instruments, China and Business Development.
Before taking up the role as CBDO, Kurt was EVP of Controls & Instruments at Frontmatec. Prior to that Kurt was the CEO at Frontmatec (2009 to 2016) – one of the first merged companies behind the Frontmatec Group (Frontmatec was implemented as the company name for the continuing Group). Before Frontmatec Kurt held several positions in Grundfos 1998 – 2009, both in Denmark and abroad, latest as Segment Director.
Dany Lord
President, North America
Born: 1977
Appointed as President – North America in September 2020.
Dany joined the company in November 1999, directly after obtaining a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cegep de Limoilou in Quebec City. Beginning as a Project Manager with G.E. Leblanc, he worked his way through various roles, including Service Technician and Installation Manager, before moving on to the sales side of the business.

With over 20 years of experience across manufacturing, sales, procurement, supply chain and operations, Lars Ole brings extensive international leadership expertise to the role. He has held several senior executive and board positions, with responsibility for complex operations, full P&L ownership and global teams of approximately 500 employees across multiple production sites.
