Palletizing Units

We offer automatic Palletizing units for standard trays, built completely in stainless steel.

Manual and automatic palletizing solutions

For the last part of the packing process, Frontmatec offers palletizing as both manual and automatic solutions. Our robot palletizing is either based on a free arm robot or portal solution. The solutions handle cartons and plastic trays and different types of pallets.

The automatic solution consists of an Inlet conveyor for full tray stacks, pick unit for complete tray stacks and pallet transport, PLC control and communication with warehouse management.
