Peosta, IA Office Merge

During the last 18 months, six companies have joined forces - all regarded as leaders within their respective fields: Attec, ITEC, Carometec, SFK LEBLANC, the “old” Frontmatec and Accles & Shelvoke – all coming together under the new name: Frontmatec.

With that, our goal has also been to create a leading global supplier of equipment, solutions and software for international food companies. With integration often comes change – this letter is to inform you of a small
change that will be a benefit for you.

On May 25, 2018, our office in Peosta, IA will close and merge the old Carometec and Itec equipment business into Frontmatec inc in Kansas City, MO. New contact information for any of your needs from KC is located at the bottom of this letter. However, Jeb Supple and Gary Hager will remain your point(s) of contact, with all their contact information remaining the same.

All inquiries after June 1, 2018 should be directed to the Frontmatec office located in Kansas City. From this office, we will begin receiving orders, shipping parts, invoicing, etc. starting on June 4, 2018. During the transition week, please do not hesitate to call either location and we will do our best to process emergencies. In the interim, we will be working to clean up all of the outstanding transactions – collections on old invoices,
shipping back orders, etc.

If possible, please prepare for the short gap in closure and pre-order any spare parts you are able to anticipate. Thank you again for your continued business and your trust in us – our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible for you, our valued customer.
