The AIRA neck clipper is a high-precision robot equipped with a neck clipping tool. Together with a vision scanner, the robot detects the optimal position, depth, and angle of each operation on each carcass. After each process, the robot sterilizes the clipping tool and lines up for the next carcass.

The total system consists of:

Robot with hygienic protective cover

Clipping tool attached to the robot

Sterilization and cleaning unit

Vision and analysis system in every working cycle

Carcass stabilization system
