The fat rind separated from the loin in the trimming machine can afterwards be derinded automatically in a specially designed in-line machine, to separate the fat from the skin.
The fat rind is automatically conveyed into the machine, and the product is precisely introduced to the knife, due to a special pressure device that automatically lowers the infeed conveyor. All cuts are derinded with an excellent result.
The unit is movable and can easily be set into the line when needed. It has a hygienic design for optimal cleaning.
