Automatic Primal Cutting Line

The Frontmatec primal cutting line is for capacities between 100 and 1,500 hogs per hour, and with the possibility of handling considerable deviations in the carcass lengths for cutting.

Off to a good start

The primal cutting line allows for building in a middle turner and has room for cutting rib tops. Furthermore, various other operations are
possible, such as cutting off the jowl and/or the tailbone, and round cutting the ham, etc.

The solution is approved for the food processing industry, which means it meets the strictest demands on health and safety and is designed in accordance with the EU and USDA regulations.
