In the APS7 some functions and spare parts have been improved to ensure prolonged lifetime, save time used on daily maintenance and save costs on spare parts. In time the upgrades will minimize the number of services needed ensuing further yield improvements.
Upgrades such as:
- New belt to support the pig - easy to install and helps to stabilize the pig
- New block with seal, improved to ensure lower friction and keep columns clean
- New front to the internal guide - no moving parts - easy to clean
- New pedestal - built-in housing for improved protection of bearings
- Replacement of all wheels on driveline - improved with sealing and special bearings
and will be performed by Frontmatec service specialists at your upcoming services.
