The head splitting machine makes labor-intensive cutting of heads superfluous.
The machine, takes the operator strain out of cutting head. Made entirely of stainless steel, the machine consists of a robust C-frame in which a hydraulic cylinder is mounted, with the splitting knife. The head is placed on top of the cutting board and by operating push buttons with both hands, the blade will come down safely and split the head.
The knife is constructed so that the skull is split and the brains can be removed without damage.
Opening and closing the blade in approx. 4 seconds, capacity up to approx. 300 cuts per hour. The machine is easy to clean and hygienic.
