Beef Sweetbread Cooler

The sweetbread cooler consists of two gooseneck funnels with water and air connection. One funnel is for the thymus and the other is for the pancreas. Because the thymus and pancreas push each other through the funnel, their time in the water is fairly constant. The air makes the water bubble, which ensures an adequate rinsing and cooling of the thymus and pancreas.

The sweetbread cooler consists of 2 gooseneck funnels, a sieve, a working table and a holder for the crates.

A sieve behind the gooseneck funnel enables the water to leak through, allowing the product to be taken from the sieve for further processing on the table and/or discharging into a crate.
