RMP Marking Printer

The AIRA robot marking printer consists of two robots fitted with a printer head to simultaneously print each carcass side with approval stamps or numbers according to preferences.

Accurate carcass approval marking

The AIRA marking printer is normally used for printing approval markings such as EEC and customer identifications marks at a continuous speed synchronized with the main conveyor. The two half carcasses are conveyed and fixated simultaneously for accurate printing by the two robots (one for each half carcass) carrying a high quality and food approved print head.

The total system consists of:

Two robots with protective cover

Printing heads

Ink placed at the outer perimeter of the robot cell for fast replacement

Carcass stabilization system

Safety fence with secured entrance

An automatic print head cleaning system
