With the Frontmatec Autoline inkjet stamper, printing of an image, such as the EC health mark, is possible. It can also print up to three lines of text on every primal cut with the same print on both sides of the primal cut/carcass, of up to 1,200 carcasses per hour.

The Autoline stamper can print an image, for example the EC health mark and up to three lines of text on every primal cut that passes the printer.

The same print is made on both sides of the carcasses. The prints are determined by the overall data system and transmitted to the stamping machine, which acts on information from an ‘ID’ of the carcasses.

There is an interface between PLC, printer servo drive and the overall data system. Placed beside the machine is the finger-touch view panel which contains the printer controller, switchboard with servo drive and the frequency converter.
