The Frontmatec Christmas tree concept is a very versatile transport concept in which the primal cuts hang on either plastic holders or metal spike rods, known as Christmas trees.

Hanging primal cuts secures high meat quality, as the handling secures the cuts stay in a fixed position without being pressed or squeezed during transport or buffering between the cut floor and the deboning area. At the destination points, Frontmatec offers several solutions from manual loading / unloading to ergonomic and automated solutions with minimum operator strain.

Combined with the Frontmatec multi-purpose Duoplan conveyor design, and the Frontmatec control system, the Christmas concept can offer great efficiency gains in the production flow with full traceability of each primal.
