A cutting arrangement for integration within a pace deboning line, for cutting off necks on long loins, offers better safety compared to handheld tools.

The arrangement is fitted with the high-quality Frontmatec stainless steel circular knife, with a blade of ø400 mm. It is delivered with a stainless steel holding device at the roller table, which is also height adjustable for an optimal ergonomic work space.

A laser marking unit is also available to ensure the correct cut.
